Sales Manager

Our client, a national provider of fitness & health, is looking for a tenacious sales manager to drive their membership sales within their Stafford club.

Operating at the high end of the market, you will have experience of success within a  testing sales environment and be able to lead by example.

You will understand the analysis of KPIs and be able to action development and coaching which will result in improved performance within your team.

Answerable to the General Manager, you will have your finger on the pulse of everything that is going on within your sales office and be able to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
