Our client, a national provider of leisure, in the contract management sector, is looking to recruit a Sales Manager for their the established centre, to drive sales forward in all areas of their leisure provision. They are looking for a dynamic and talented individual to deliver a high quality customer experience. If you can: Exceed customer expectations. Maximise the promotion of your club. Be part of a team that succeeds. Work under your own initiative and seek new opportunities. You should also have a good sales background. Be able to deliver an exceptional level of customer service. You will be responsible for directing your sales team towards their personal and team goals and report to the centre and regional sales manager. Management of KPIs will be key in driving the performance and business forward and a disciplined understanding of using these to develop your team will be vital. Being responsible for fitness membership, swim membership, dryside activities and swimming lessons you are the catalyst for income generation for the site so drive and determination to succeed are vital.
