Golf Sales Manager - Maternity Cover

Our client, a charitable organisation, running 18 sites with over 3 million annual visits, is looking for an individual to maximise sales within their 2 golf facilities.

You will be responsible for maximising the sale of golf memberships, golf societies and member functions.  You will also have full responsibility of the front of house team including sales, customer service training  and the implementation of the Quality Management System for the golf courses.

You will have good experience of working in a customer serving environment, including sales, cash handling and promotions and have excellent customer service skills.  Knowledge of the golf and leisure industry is essential and you must have had experience of leading a team of people to success.

The role is to ensure that there is membership growth through sales and retention and an understanding of both is a necessary requirement in order to be a success in this role.
