Our client, a national provider of leisure, within the contract management sector, is looking for an experience and successful manager to drive their Wiltshire contract forward.

You will have Local authority experience along with multi-site management skills to ensure that each        of  your 8 sites within the contract performs with a consistency that contributes to a successful and winning  culture.

    Your key objectives will include:

To ensure financial targets are achieved.

To ensure high operational standards are delivered at each Centre.

To ensure all Centres operate in accordance with the Contract Specification.

To ensure the Company’s Quality Management Systems are implemented throughout the sites.

To support and mentor staff to achieve their personal & corporate objectives.

To assist the Area Manager or Regional Director with specific projects.

To liaise with the Client and foster strong working relationships at all levels

Reporting directly to your Area Manager and liasing directly with your client you will demonstrate understanding of delivering what is expected from the contract specification
