Senior Recreation Assistant

Our client, a charitable organisation, running 18 sites with over 3 million annual visits, is looking for an individual to assist the duty management team in their Orpington facility, as a Senior Recreation Assistant.

You will have experience working within leisure facilities as a recreation or leisure assistant. You will be NPLQ lifeguard qualified and also have a valid first aid qualification.

You will be responsible for a team of recreation assistants and in the absence of the Duty Manager will cover their role, ensuring that the facility is up to standard and that it will provide a good experience for the members of public.

You will have supervised people in the past and will have a fanatical understanding of great customer service.
