Membership Manager

Our client, a national gaming company, is looking for an individual who possesses excellent customer service skill with a hunger for sales to drive the clubs membership base forward.

Being accountable and responsible for all aspects of the membership, you will possess quality sales skills to entice new members through the door and will also look after the existing membership base with the aim of increasing their monthly usage.  You are also responsible for attracting ex members to come back and use the facility.

You will be an extremely organised individual, who is able to manage your workload that all targets are achieved.  You will use your outgoing personality to come up with initiatives to keep the membership base thriving through events and activities that attract regular users as well as new members.

Ensuring that the members experience and journey is positively affected by your actions you will receive an attractive bonus based on all aspects of the membership growth.

Experience in customer retention and face to face sales will be essential for this position and give you a enjoyable and rewarding way into one of the worlds biggest organisations.
