Spa Manager

Our client is an innovative, forward thinking city centre upscale hotel and dedicated conference venue brand across the UK and Europe, with 21 hotels in its estate, looking for an experienced Spa Manager to drive their spa busines in the Cardiff hotel. 

Recently refurbished it is now looking to develop the Spa further by recruiting an experienced Spa Manager, preferably with 5 star hotel based experience, to manage the £1million revenue, 20 strong team facility.

Amongst your key areas of responsibility you will focus on:

- Actively driving the Spa forward in its niche market maximising profitability
- Working closely with the sales and marketing department to provide the Spa with maximum exposure
- Managing all operational procedures within the Spa to ensure effective day to day management and beyond expectation customer satisfaction

To be successful you will need to demonstrate your strong ability to manage and lead a team, both operationally and in terms of business growth; you will have succeeded previously in a similar role, providing strategic direction and motivation in all aspects of the site, notably in driving revenue and membership sales.

You must have knowledge of the sales process, financial & budgetary control, experience of wet and dry operations, and have a strong belief in the delivery of outstanding customer service.

This role is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Spa Manager who has excellent skills specific to the operations of an Award Winning Spa and can demonstrate excellent leadership skills developed in a previous management position.
